Following a diagnosis of a number or cancer's linked to lymphoedema which require treatment with surgery or radiotherapy early monitoring is recommended. This would require an initial consultation including measurements and then subsequent monitoring.

This specialist massage aims to manually facilitate movement of the lymph fluid through the lymphatic system aiding drainage. This treatment should help reduce feelings of heaviness and swelling 

Following a comprehensive assessment this treatment may be recommended to you. Combining manual lymphatic drainage and compression bandaging for an intensive period along with education about skin care, diet and exercise; this treatment aims to reduce significant increases in swelling prior to on going self management.
